By enrolling in our programs, you acknowledge and accept inherent risks associated with outdoor or nature-based activities. Parents/guardians must provide all necessary health information and emergency contacts in our Medical Release Form. We are not liable for injuries arising from failure to disclose relevant information.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Gentle Roots Nature Care, LLC disclaims all liability for any damages, injuries, or losses incurred in connection with participation in our programs. Participants and/or guardians assume full responsibility and agree to release us from liability for such events.

All materials, curriculum, photographs, and media produced or shared by Gentle Roots Nature Care, LLC are the property of the company and may not be used, reproduced, or distributed without written permission.
